PIPELAYING MACHINES

3Bmust International is also active in the field of pipelaying machines, on which we have implemented load limiters and engine management solutions.

 In particular, our system is capable of managing the diesel particulate filter regeneration process by interfacing with the engine control unit via the CAN J1939 protocol. 

The display shows the machine’s status and the load being lifted, indicating any hazardous situations to the operator, thus enabling them to work safely.

3Bmust International also manufactures articulated and fully electric aerial platforms, implementing global  movement control and ensuring safe maneuver management, even in the most dangerous situations.

ELECTRIC SELF-PROPELLED CART

3Bmust International has successfully tested its electronic system on a self-propelled cart for 
heavy load handling. The cart is equipped with four electrical panels, each with a dedicated
electronic control unit for each wheel group. The Master panel contains the logic and safety
features and communicates via CAN BUS with the other panels that control the inverters for
wheel steering and traction, enabling proper movement of the cart.
For safety reasons, a wired remote control has been installed on the machine, and it is also
possible to move it using buttons on the Master panel. The stabilizers allow lifting the cart so that
the wheels can freely rotate by 90 degrees and thereby change the machine’s direction.

STRADDLE CRANE

For container handling in ports, 3Bmust International designs and manufactures straddle cranes, which can be operated by operators using a remote control. We have developed an electronic system for the movement and management of wheel blocks by calculating the current angle.
SPECIAL MACHINES
SELF-PROPELLED FORAGE MIXER
3Bmust International has developed an electronic system for the management of the selfpropelled forage mixer used for the preparation and mixing of animal feed: thanks to the 3Bmust electronic system, the machine is able to move through hydrostatic drive.
TRAIN BODY WASHING MACHINE
3Bmust International also manufactures machines for washing train bodies. These are hybrid bimodal machines equipped with an intelligent battery charging system.
HYBRID BIMODAL MACHINE
The 3Bmust International team has developed an electronic control system for self-propelled agricultural machines equipped with electric traction and utility management system, featuring a 48-volt onboard battery. The operational autonomy is managed by an onboard generator system driven by a thermal engine and a generator system with energy recovery inverter configuration.
