INFORMATION CONCERNING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, 3BMUST INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. hereby inform you that personal data collected, with reference to the established contractual relations, will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation; in relation to the above treatments 3BMUST INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. supply the following informations:

CATEGORIES OF COLLECTED DATA

Personal data collected, behind his free and explicit consent, they are inherent exclusively to:

- identification data (for example: name, surname, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, etc...),

- tax data (if required by law - for example, tax code, VAT number etc…)

HOLDER AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Holder of personal data is 3BMUST INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. based in Genova, Via Operai 40. The role of Data Processor has been conferred to Elena Balleri, whom the interested party can contact at any time, at the following telephone number 010.85.96.800 or by sending an email to info@3bmustint.com for the exercise of the rights reported in this statement.

PURPOSE AND METHOD OF TREATMENT

The purposes of processing personal data are as follows:

  • - fulfillment of legal obligations connected to the contractual relationship
  • - organizational management of the contractual relationship

Personal data will be processed in paper form, computerized and telematic, and included in the relevant databases that will be accessible only by the owner and his employees in charge. Regarding the data processed in electronic form, it is emphasized that all appropriate security measures have been taken to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the interested party as well as by art. 22 par. 3 of the EU Reg. 2016/679.

EVENTUAL DATA RECIPIENTS

In relation to the purposes indicated in points 1, 2 and 3 of the previous paragraph, the data may be communicated to the following subjects or to the categories of subjects indicated below:

  • Studies of recognized accountants and / or labor consultants, related to the profession of assistance to companies when the communication is due by law, or is in the interest of the subject (natural or legal person)
  • Other studies or recognized professionals related to the profession of assistance to companies when the communication is due by law, regularly in charge of this form of treatment in full compliance with the minimum measures in force, or when the communication is in the interest of the subject (natural person or legal)
  • Entities such as INPS, INAIL.

The owner also informs that he does not transfer personal customer data to a non-EU third country or to an international organization outside the EU.

DATA CONSERVATION PERIOD

At the end of the service or provision of the service, personal data will be stored exclusively for historical or statistical purposes, in accordance with the law, regulations, community legislation and codes of conduct and ethics signed under Article 40 of the EU Reg. 2016/679, for a period as per current legislation (usually 10 years), or, in case they are not subject to any law, for a period not exceeding five years. Beyond this period, personal data will be stored anonymously or destroyed.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

In relation to the aforementioned processing, the interested party has the right to request access to his / her personal data and to rectify or cancel them or limit their treatment or to oppose their treatment, as well as having the right to data portability.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION OF CONSENT

If the processing is based on consent, the holder informs the interested party that he has the right to cancel it at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation.

RIGHT TO BRING CLAIMS

The holder informs the interested party that he has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA SUPPLY

The provision of data and the related processing are mandatory in relation to the management of the contractual aspects, relating to the fulfillment of a fiscal nature; it follows that any refusal to provide data for such purposes may determine the impossibility of the data controller to give effect to the professional relationships themselves and to the legal obligations. The provision of data and its processing is to be considered optional in other cases, without any consequence.

EVENTUAL EXISTENCE OF AN AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING PROCESS

The owner informs the interested party that in this site there is no automated decision making process, so in particular there is no profiling system.
